The 20th China International Investment and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as "CIFIT") was officially opened in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center on September 8. Shanxi Sanshuihe Technology Co., Ltd. Sanshuihe Company, as one of the 16 exhibitors selected by Shanxi Province, presented and introduced the high pressure processing (HPP) equipment developed by the company to the visitors at home and abroad at the exhibition. High pressure processing (HPP) is a kind of cold pasteurization technology. Its operation principle is to use water as medium, put packaged food into stainless steel vessel, pressurize it to 600 MPa (about 87000psi), and then hold it for several seconds to several minutes, so as to achieve the function of food pasteurization and preservation and prolong shelf life. High-pressure processing technology can be widely used in fruit and vegetable juice processing, seafood shelling, meat products, dairy products, sauces, baby food, pharmaceutical cosmetics and other fields.
 
High pressure processing technology belongs to physical non-thermal pasteurization, so food can prolong shelf life without high temperature treatment or adding chemical substances such as preservatives. HPP is the most advanced food pasteurization technology in the world, which conforms to the consumption concept of great health. Therefore, High pressure processing is the most advanced food pasteurization technology in the world to get active consultation and understanding from many food enterprises.
