The 2018 International Food Non-thermal Processing Technology Seminar and the 12th Symposium on Fruit and Vegetable Processing Industry and Discipline Development (hereinafter referred to as the “Non-Heat Conference”) was held in Hangzhou, China from September 26th to 28th. Shanxi Sanshuihe Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sanshuihe Company”), as the leading international supplier of high pressure processing equipment, was invited to participate in the seminar. Mr. Du Jingdong, the chairman of the company, made academic work at the conference report.
 

The conference invited more than 300 well-known experts and engineers in the field of non-thermal processing for fruit and vegetable processing, including the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician Zhu Peiwei, to discuss scientific research and industrial applications. The conference aims to provide an international exchange platform for the latest research in food non-thermal processing and fruit and vegetable processing, and provide technical progress and application frontier information in the field of food non-thermal processing for scientific and technological workers and business representatives. The conference tried to promote international academic exchanges and cooperation in the development of China's food non-thermal processing and fruit and vegetable processing industries.

At the meeting, Mr. Du Jingdong, the Chairman of Sanshuihe company, gave a report on the technical performance and use selection of high pressure processing (HPP) equipment, which introduced the development and application of high pressure processing (HPP) and the status quo of domestic equipment. HPP equipment performance analysis, quality control, procurement selection and other aspects of the HPP equipment developed by Sanshuihe Company. The report was highly endorsed and affirmed by experts and scholars.

During the “non-thermal meeting”, Sanshuihe Company demonstrated to the experts and scholars of the company high pressure processing (HPP) equipment and its application in food processing.
